Blizzard gave us another peek at their upcoming title, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. In this video we can see a dynamic duel between a Mage and a Shaman, which displays quite much all the core elements of the gameplay.
Filled with WarCraft content, Hearthstone will allow the players to duel one another with iconic WoW characters. The goal will be to bring the opponents health to zero and in order to achieve that goal, we will summon minions, cast spells and use the heroes' powers.
The gameplay is truly intense, which is rather unseen in the genre, and the graphics are superior to most of the competition, making the game an almost certain success. Having played most of the popular card games out there, I only fear that Blizzard could take the easy path and make the game lack in terms of complexity, only to draw the fans of the franchise.
If they can avoid that, I can see no reason not to try Hearthstone! And you? That do you think about it?
